Production Features
Our brandy begins with the careful harvesting of grapes and gentle pressing to obtain the must. The resulting distillate is aged for at least three years in Caucasian oak barrels, which imparts its unique taste and aroma. The aging process is monitored through annual tastings. Production also includes cold treatment and filtration, and specially prepared softened water is used for blending.
Tasting Notes
Golden in color with amber highlights. A light and fresh aroma of ripe, sweet fruits, flowers and marzipan, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, clove and cinnamon. The palate is warm, with fruity freshness and a delicate spicy sweetness.

Best enjoyed neat as a digestif, or as a refined base for both classic and signature cocktails.
